This has been a particularly bad issue for the last couple of months all around this area on Montgomery, Northern, Fairview and, Oakland. I walk my dogs regularly and it looks like it may be the same one or two owners. i have seen it on several occasions right in the middle of the sidewalk!! We need signage all over the neighborhood telling irresponsible owners that it is illegal and the amount of the fine. Maybe then they will pick up after their dogs.

Agree that Place on Ponce management needs to inform their renters of Decatur ordinances. Yet another "quality of life" ordinance that requires citizen enforcement because we can't expect our Public Safety officers to monitor dog owners and the officers have enough other issues to deal with.
