Is this truly a public road? Where does public access end? I am curious because of how the road ends in sinkholes (and worse) before entering the Taco Bell parking lot.

We have the Litter issue resolved. We will now reassign this issue to Public Works for them to investigate who's responsibility it is to repair the pot holes located on access road onto Private property.

It took more than two months for Huntsville Public Works to acknowledge this issue after Landscape Management assigned it to Huntsville Public Works. Why did Huntsville Public Works not see it until a duplicate was submitted?

I apologize for any inconvenience in the delay of this issue. We researched this property and it has been determined that it is private property, therefore the city cannot fix the potholes on the access road.
