Officers have spoken with the residents who have been given until Friday to remove the junk. If it isn't removed by then, the officer will return, along with community development and zoning, to have the junk removed. If you have any further questions, you can contact the West Precinct Community Resource Officers at 256-427-5461, as they are handling this issue. Thank you.

What about all the junk located on the south porch? It is also stacked up with junk.

Contact was made with the Community Resource Officer handling this issue. He advised that the subjects have been instructed to remove all the junk on the property. In order to give the subjects ample time to remove the junk, officers will not check the status until Friday (September 29th.) Thank you.

This is 10/4/2017 and I see no compliance to be cleaned up by Sept 29

I was by there today and nothing looks like it has been moved. Junk is still in back of house and under carport.

I think 3705 and 3507 are connected in what they are living and collecting junk. So far I can see no clean up done at 3507 Alpine.

Zoning, Community Development and Huntsville Utilities all responded to the listed address yesterday (10/9/17.) The residents were given 24 hours to have the camper and the rest of the junk removed, or be issued a summons for court by Zoning. Thank you.

The people that are there are not the owners. They are squatters and does not have the owners permission to be there. The owner is in the military and deployed over seas. If the people that are there now does not remove the trash, what is the next step/

A summons for court will be issued. If the current residents do not attend the court date, a warrant will be issued for their arrest.

The owner is not in this country and can not attend a court date

The home owner will be notified, but the tenant is required to comply and attend court. If the tenant does not comply, the home owner will then be held responsible.

These people are not tenants of the property, they are homeless staying on the owners property without her permission. The owner is deployed to the middle east and can not do anything from there. This is here email address and wish you would talk with her about this.
