Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. As I walk through my neighborhood on my way to the Path train every day, I notice that many vehicles do not have permitted parking for the neighborhood. Recently at the parking authority I mentioned this to someone behind the desk and she didn't seem to think it was a very big deal. Why do people not have permits on their back windows? Is it not mandatory?
