Still no resolution to this problem. 5 months later.....

Still an eyesore, now vacant. This will be even better when the pipes freeze and water floods it.

Still after THREE YEARS off complaints and the property still looks this way!

Please fix this property! It is a public health problem! Now that we are experience warmer there is a foul smell in the area. There have also been sighting of squirrells and rodents entering the house through cracks and the roof area. Please address this property. The neighbors take pride in keeping their houses clean and presentable. As a neighbor, I am worried about the potential mold and rodents contained in this house!
