Description
When one of the residence decides to let the 3 dogs out they never put them on a leash and let them run free. I've had their dogs in my yard several times, one of the dogs has even jumped on my leg while running free, scratching me. I'm afraid one of them will jump on my little kids when they are playing in my front yard.
