Description

This tree was basically uprooted during Hurricane Matthew and is continuing to lean more and more. (See the knot hole in the picture to see the position of the leaning trunk.) As you can see, the branches are only a few feet from the ground as it is. All it is going to take is a good gust of wind before this tree falls over on a someone driving past and causes a death.
