Description

People living in a bus, police were called about a domestic dispute yesterday. They are still parked here, defecating into the bushes along side EBMUD facility and/or leaving buckets of excrement outside of bus on sidewalk. Also leaving trash and personal belongings on sidewalk. They also broke a locked water spigot on the neighbors property to get water.
