the tree between 53 and 57 Alexander Ave. Has a dead tree that was partially removed a few years ago . I was there when they cut the tree half down when the manger came over and told them to stop it was the wrong tree. Now the whole tree is dead on the top and hollow where the branches were cut . There are animals inside the tree. I was told by a tree expert that the tree could crash on our houses and break the power lines with a strong wind ,also that I should contact the city of yonkers. If you look at the tree you will see it was half cut down leaving the tree lopsided towards the houses and also exposing the fact that it is hollow inside . The tree on the other side of the street may also have issues but I think this tree is about to collapse due to its neglect after it was injured.
