Opis

16th avenue south between 9th and 7th street south has been under construction for over a year. The street is in dis-array with sand and equipment posing a safety hazard to residents. I find it exceedingly inappropriate that the street has been left in such poor shape. We have to deal with this mess on a daily basis!
