Ever say anything / leave a note for the neighbors that do this? The trash / recycling folks probably don't push it back to the fence as it was initially. If the people can't see the alley how do they know the cans are blocking the alley for drivers / causing a problem?

Per Inspector Ingea, trash was collected today and the area is cleaned. This area will be monitored. As of today, there is no problem or concern to address. Thank you. IJ
