Description

The garbage wasn't pick up at this location as well as other peoples garbage as well.
This is the second week they haven't picked it up. They came but the truck went so fast. The neighbor came out to chase after the truck but was going so fast. there was only one person and the driver but the driver didn't get out so they did come around 8 :45 P.M. but left the garbage.
