There will be a new charge for not using garbage containers with lids. Someone should ask the Garbage men not to thrown containers on Lawn.....The Garbage men Throw the containers back on the lawn and it remains there until homeowners return from work in the evening. The street looks a lot worst after they do this. Compared to just picking up the garbage placed in bags and Nothing gets left behind thrown all over the lawn.
