Description

197-199 Center Street
Property is filthy. Trash in yard.Abandoned vehicle .Trees overgrown. Rodents in yard.
They started some work on home but stopped. Worse than before they started cleaning it up. Needs to be taken care of. Years of abandonment and trash.
