It's a different RV but there is another one there today. There seems to be one at the end of Poker Lane today, too. If they are too expensive to tow, let's see some expensive tickets on these.

There are three known tickets on this one. Also I have been meaning to record the VIN and license plate together. Towing is about $3K penalty to recover. If the plates and vin don’t match, they are more likely to tow.
