This is totaly a fictional statement, I own the shop down at 5th and Ellis.
1. Not a single car down my shop that is on the road is missing a liscense plate.
2. If they were missing a plate I would get pulled over and locked up.
3. If this were true about us running stop signs why haven't we been pulled over?
4. I was told by the local police that there are complaints about sound ONLY and it is the same person everytime! We are zoned commerical/ Industrial and we are located in an industrial park which is private property. Why would you live next to an industrial park if you are going to complain about it?

Also let me add, there are more important problems then making false statements on the delco times, How about when I leave vehicles outside my shop overnight there windows get busted and stereos stolen out of them. Why dont you worry about theft in our community?

Also Every car that runs around Colwyn with a loud exhaust doesnt have to deal with my shop, more so the locals who dont know how to drive.
