There is no 'End School Zone' sign on Virginia headed west for the 1st Baptist Church school - allowing people to speed up way too soon (as soon as they're past the crossing at Virginia & Graves). The school zone technically continues for another block (as evidenced by signs on Louisiana heading east, which you cannot see from Virginia at that point).
