Description
Why is a light needed at an intersection with two opposing one-way streets? This light offers no actual traffic control and simply wastes electricity to keep it running 24/7 and fuel from the countless vehicles it stops needlessly. It stops Macdade traffic for a longer period than the Clifton light a block away, which is already a major backup point.

Apparently, the Collingdale leadership hasn't figured out how to disable the traffic light since the side streets were made one-way over 30 years ago!
Those too lazy to do anything about this will rationalize that it "breaks up the constant flow of traffic on MacDade, so that cars on other side streets to the east can access MacDade", but the light at Clifton performs that service just fine.
