Descrição

The timing of the lights need to be changed on Encore Parkway @ North Point Ctr and @ Westside Parkway. There is no traffic coming from the mall in the morning but it changes to green which backs up traffic back to Norhpoint Parkway. Also, only about 4 cars are able to turn left onto Westside Parkway before it turns yellow.
