Description

Streets were not swept on Thursday and not a Parking Enforcement officer to be found. If I recall 10/12 was not a holiday. Also garbage on the sidewalks. It seems odd this area is referred to as the "Jewel of Oakland" when in reality it has been turned into a giant cesspool/garbage dump.
