Description

This bench has been in terrible condition and covered in graffiti for years. It has been reported multiple times and the city has always passed it off as an ac transit issue. I have spoken with multiple ac transit employees in community relations who insist it is the responsibly of the city of Oakland - this particular type of bench is not one installed by ac transit. The people of this neighborhood deserve more than a runaround. Please replace this bench.
