SEX AND DRUGS IN CHUMASH PARK
Just ran into another couple having sex in the rocks on the hill in Chumash Park. It was two guys, one with his pants at his ankles, the other jacking him off. This was right in the afternoon, with kids close by. And yes, you could see everything!
The important thing here is that this happens ALL THE TIME! There are used condoms on the road & in the park. Plus, there is drug dealing going on in the rocks. My neighbors & I have all seen it.
And-yes-reports are regularly made to the police.
But Parks still have to do their part. You need to have people actually walk through those rocks at various times during the day/night. I know they don't because the same trash has been there for weeks.
And you need to get on the police to also get out of their cars and walk up there, because just driving by does nothing.
Why not think outside of the box? Maybe install sprinklers that can be turned on to roust out the druggies and naked dudes? Or is there a camera that could be placed in a tree looking down on the area? A sign in or around the rocks saying the area is under surveillance?
Sorry for the long post, but this is very serious to our neighborhood. One of these days an innocent kid will wander into those rocks when the pushers are selling their meth or the men are having sex...
