alot of people do not pay attentin to the stop light at the intersection of heisly and walmart entrance. I work over there and have almost been hit 3 times. I just witnessed another accident because a dump truck did not stop and just kept going through the light slamming into a little car. hope someone does not have to die at this intersection before something is done.
