They do not trim trees on this block they butcher them It is disgusting how the City allows them to distort the trees while trimming....guidelines need to be set in place. The block looks horrible with a bunch of tress cut into V's. Save the Trees

Public Service Electric and Gas cut the trees in V Cuts to clear their lines. They are under a State mandate to clear their lines a certain distance,

Parks & Forestry will look into trimming the tree at this address.

Clearing lines is understandable it’s how it is done. Looking at trees that are shaped into v’s is not great on the eye. It would be better to have no tree at all. Maybe the city should take some responsibility on the scenery of neighborhoods within its city.
