Description

There is a building (garage??) that is partially buried in the ground and is currently covered and has a smaller building that looks to be covering a furnace to heat what ever is covered. There was a larger structure above the entire covered area but it was taken down this week. I am worried about the safety (fire hazard) and do not see any building permits. The entire building does not look like any garage I have ever seen. It is just a strange building.
