Description

Trash and dumping is piling up on railroad tracks behind our house. There are also shopping carts full of trash. Homeless are living behind the house next door and contributing to the trash. They have also had fires a couple of times. Also where are they going to the bathroom? There is graffiti on the fence that we can see from our backyard. All of this trash and people has attracted rats. I do have several photos.
