We appreciate your communication that helps us in ¿Building the Best Richmond¿ together. The City of Richmond does not maintain any trees that are overgrown into the alleyway. The residents are responsible for maintaining to the mid-point of the alley and if there's any bulk trash items that need to be pick up by the bulk trash truck the resident would need to call 646-7000 and request that service for that address.
