Good luck getting noise violations enforced. I very rarely had any luck and decided to move out of Glenwood South. Quiet hours are super to be from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The City of Raleigh doesn't even follow their own ordinance by sending trash & recycling trucks out to collect before 7:00 AM.

The City of Raleigh could care less. And you can forget about calling your City Councilor's office. RPD will just say they don't think it's above the noise threshold if they even show up at all.
