Description

When driving on 63 heading towards 113 interection, impatient drivers are driving on the shoulder to get to the right turn lane to make a right onto 113. Unfortunately, I have to park along side that shoulder and have almost been hit twice and almost had my door taken off by drivers who are flying down on the shoulder. The police used to patrol this intersection daily but are rarely there anymore.

I understand the frustration of sitting in the traffic on that road. I sit it in just so I can pull over and park. But that shoulder is there for a reason...people have to park near the road, people walk on that shoulder, its a residential area.
