Tough time of the year to rectify now, hopefully in the Spring.

Will probably have to wait until Spring due to the weather.

I understand it is stilll not the time of year for this type of repair.

The gas co was going to be digging that section of the road. I was going to wait so all the hot mixing would be done in one patch..Not sure if that is still in the works..Ill check today

Sounds good. Best to wait for the gas work. Just hadn't heard anything and wanted to check on any timing.

This problem has never been corrected. The roadway water backs up into the private property. Myfather who will 91 this month lives there. I don't want to see it icing up again this winter, as it has in the past, and he trips and falls. Besides the water never backed up until the roadway was repaved a couple of years ago. I complained about it before the final coat was put on, but nothing was done.

Correction was paved over three years ago and I complained then.
