Approximately 1/4 mile East on Sea Breeze Rd So. the 3 foot wide shoulder is collasping. Soon it will crumple the pavement, and in the ditch or tree someone is going to land. At the entrance to Sea Breeze Rd So., the property on the right turns into a swamp when it rains and remains for days, due to No Maintenance by proper departments. The problem is unsightly and is a breeding place for mosquitoes. Thanks for any help.
