Description

What are the ordinances for religious services and noise? The church is constantly playing loud instruments until late at night. Its now 1135 who knows when it will end. We have small children in the home trying to sleep. Not to mention the fact that were finally back home after a month in the hospital and now we have to deal with this nonsense.
