A left turn signel is needed due to heavy traffic which causes delays at the intersection of Washington St. & Main St. going rte 66 west.

Can't do it without an exclusive left turn lane, otherwise people going straight would block the lane for those wanting to turn left. Same issue as Rt 66 and High St westbound

All of the lights in Middletown are timed wrong. Way too much time is given for pedestrians that are not there. A smarter light system would move more traffic.
