This Baygreen condo unit has been in total disrepair inside for many years. Significant violations and legal action under consideration. Mold led to removal of walls. Nothing has ever been repaired since this incident more than 10 years ago. It remains in unlivable condition. Fear that mold may have returned due to lack of HVAC and no known regular inspections.
