Description

City tree, branch has grown out and it touching my roof. My insurance company is threaten to cancel or modify my coverage. Was turned in last year, nothing happened and again this year. Both previous complaints were telephone complaints. REALLY WOULD LIKE THIS TAKEN CARE OF !

truck 461 is scheduled to trim, raise and clear the roof. First request was submitted 10/20/17. Tree was looked at on 10/24/17. I will attach this request to original request that we received.

Original request was made last year. It was called directly into the Forestry division, which is under public works. Second request, was made through the City Clerks office. Third request, was made using "see it click it fix it". Apparently, the see it click it" site get the most effective response, and their is a good paper trail !

Truck 461 has been out of service. We are working on getting it repaired and then will be out to trim the tree. We will need any vehicles parked under the tree to be moved in order to trim the tree.

We are planing on trimming your tree on Tuesday April 10th. We will need all cars moved from the area in order to do the work. We are going to put up no parking signs Monday, April 9th in the afternoon. Thank you.
