3014 Ashland Terrace, Clearwater, FL 33761 is my home address where the low frequency noise / vibrations are being noticed.

Given the inherent nature of low frequency vibrations, we have not been able to determine the source location. That is why a complaint is being made to help determine the source of the noise violation to correct it.

The low frequency noise seems to be occurring 24 x 7, and thus it is believed to be water pump motor, maybe for the County, that is generating the noise (Pinellas County Water North Booster Station in Countryside area)?

Hello. Why is this issue not considered part of your jurisdiction? And why is this thought to be a City matter? Also, who was this issue forwarded to in the City of Clearwater?

Hello, Glenn Daniel at the City of Clearwater thinks the issue is with noise being caused by a resident pool pump motor or something similar. As such, what needs to be done to isolate the source of this noise so that the noise can be eliminated?

I will be hiring a Sound Engineer to determine the source of the low frequency noise/vibrations. I will post the results of the findings.

Low frequency humming noise (such as a motor) is continuing and still audibly noticeable. Most noticeable in earlier morning hours when there is no traffic noise .
