Transportation will keep an eye on this spot on the road and apply Ice Control measures when needed.
Unfortunately the sump issue must be dealt with by the home owner. Enforcement Services can be contacted to help with communication to the property owner.

Whenever the graders come through to clear the streets we end up with incredibly thick chunks of ice that cannot be cleared by the average human at the end of our driveways. It’s been this way for at least 4 years.
