8-10 Calderwood Court duplex. Historic Home (Aaron Sherwood 1853) in Historic District, no permits visible. Interior work, as well as exterior on back side (new openings, possible new foundation?). New front doors might not be historically accurate. Other neighbors within this district have had to adhere to strict rules of the City Historic Commission.
