Furniture in right of way of street for the last four weeks . Overgrown grass and trash on city property. Pedestrian can not use sidewalk

Thank you for contacting the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Division for the City of Richmond. Based on the information you provided we have assigned a Property Maintenance Inspector to go to the location and inspect the property for any and all code violations.

Reopened Alley full of Junk. Looking like South Central LA (Registered User)

The grass must be cut immediately. I've state in previous issue pedestrians can not use sidewalk. It is also a safety issue. I came home to see some moving in grass I thought it was an animal but it was a person intoxicated. Grass was so high I could not identify the person until they stood up from the grass. I hope that this can be resolved in a timely manner.
