Description

This is a residential dwelling and is currently a rental unit. The unit is in the Millpond condo complex and the interior of the unit constitutes a major health hazard and is not safe to live in. The tenant has two dogs and the floor is covered in fecal matter and has been for the last two months. The unit is managed by Action Realty. The dogs are not allowed to go outside, requiring them to defecate and urinate on the floor, neither of which has been cleaned up. The tenant just left town Saturday morning but the property manager should be able to provide entry. I've attached a picture taken last week to show the issue.
