Description
The tenants at the NE corner of frank and wake forest park daily within 20 feet (often right up to) the stop sign. Frank street is narrow and with this obstruction there is not room for cars turning onto and out of Frank at the same time. You also cannot see north onto wake forest with the cars in the way.
