saves the city money to not have to run an unneeded light

I know and hate this very same light. It seems very unneccessary, making it a waste of public funds and irritating to those who are subject to it's noise and illumination.

I mean really? How are they supposed to bury the bodies wiht all that light at night!? :) Seriously tough, sounds like it needs to be removed if its just illuminating a yard.

The Outdoor Protective Light is the property of the BWL. It is a Mercury Vapor and has been at 118 Riley for 20 plus years.

The account is current and the billing address has not requested a service change. The noise is probably an indication that its time for a change.

When is does we will replace it with another unit.

Please speak with your neighbor regarding the light position if there is concern with the light shining your way.
