Automated leaf collection has already passed. Any leaves on the road now will remain there indefinitely where they clog our sewers, block our parking spots, and make the road dangerous to drive on when it rains.

If you don't want to bag your leaves the least you can do is keep them on the boulevard to ensure the street stays safe for everyone.
