Description

Requesting either a "yield to turning traffic" sign for westbound Alderman traffic turning North at A19 green light, or a left green stoplight arrow for Regents Bank eastbound access road traffic turning North on to A19. When there is a green light, allowing west and east to pass, both streams of traffic heading North on A19 think they have the right of way. The westbound Alderman traffic turning north doesn't use its dedicated turn lane to merge. The right of way at this intersection needs better definition as the Crystal Beach/Regents Bank access road traffic grows. I've witnessed 2 near accidents with traffic turning North in a short period of time when northbound traffic gets busy during evening rush hour.
