for 3 to 4 months now there has been a rogue blue recycle container in front of our property at 2265 Lombard to Surf Motel I reported it before I thought it was supposed to be taken care of but the container is still here and people are knocking it over and there's trash that doesn't belong to us or the Neighbors on either side that I know of..
