I noticed two trash cans on the south side of the river, but hardly anybody fishes on that side. There needs to one on the North side by the fence where people go through to fish.

I was fishin' there yesterday and there was no trash can on the Northwest side of the river off of Harper. There are trash cans on the other side by the bike path but people don't fish on side by Harper. By the time it gets fixed, it will be winter!!

How about the fishermen pick up after THEMSELVES? Not that hard to carry out what you brought in.
