A potential accident may occur if not resolved. No turn signage needs to be painted on the road or double solid yellow lines needs to be removed and turned into a turning lane with turning arrows identified. One or the other needs to be done. If not some drivers are making left turns from Kelly onto Moross from 2 different lanes almost causing one car to clip the other due to confusion. Apparently some drivers don't know that solid double lines mean DON'T cross.
