Descrizione
this has been reported by many of us in the neighborhood and now the RV has been parked in the street again for 2 weeks if not more. This can cause a major accident with people riding bikes, walking dogs and children playing.

There are so many trailers, lawn service vehicles and an RV parked on our streets in Maximo that it’s becoming an obstacle course. We do not have sidewalks to walk on so there are people riding bikes, walking dogs and I’m concerned for their safety since the streets are narrow. It’s hard to see around these vehicles.

Update from SPPD (posted on behalf of Assistant Chief Luke Williams):
Thank you for your e-mail, SeeClickFix #3910434, dated November 28, 2017, regarding the improper storage of a recreational vehicle in the right of way at 3991 50th Avenue South. The Mayor has asked that I respond to you directly in reference to this issue. Sergeant Chris Emmert assigned Officer Jill Harris to identify the cause of this problem. She met with the homeowner, Nita Laca, who advised she had already met with Codes Compliance several days prior, and had been informed of the violation and was educated on ordinance 26-150. She has since moved her recreational vehicles to a storage facility. Officer Harris also met with a neighbor who advised that the recreational vehicles had been posted for sale previously and he had not seen them in a while and the problem appeared solved. Officer Harris responded to the area on multiple occasions over the course of a week and did not view any recreational vehicles at the location. It appears the problem is resolved.
If you have any further issues with this residence or any other complaints, please feel free to contact Patrol Sergeant Chris Emmert at (727) 420-8955.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to the attention of the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Sincerely,
Luke C. Williams
