Thank you for submitting your concern about leaf collection to the Village of Oswego. One of our staff members will take a look at the issue. If we need further information we will contact you via email. The Village conducts leaf collection during the months of October, November, and early December. It is unfortunate that not everyone can follow simple directions. Our only course of action would be not pick up the leaves or brush. Then they sit out all winter and become not only an eyesore but a hazard once snow covered.
