Description

Holiday lights are dim/not working. The holiday lights on Main Street from Williams to Liberty are not working properly and seem to be a different quality from other lights downtown. These lights set the tone for the holidays and bring people into to the downtown area to shop and dine during the holiday season. Please fix soon!
